Task Manager?

Anyone know if you can get the Windows task manager to come up other than using the three finger salute(alt-ctrl-delete?) My sister has the Sasser worm and she can't get the task manager to come up......any ideas?

Ok, Donna has a floppy(with fix) now, does she install the floppy before safe mode or after?

She should be able to re-boot with the floppy in the drive. If it gives her an invalid disk prompt, she needs to remove floppy and can either re-boot into Safe Mode or full Windows and Insert the disk and execute the tool on the floppy.

Don't forget...she must go to Control Panel/System and disable 'System Restore'.

No, she hasn't used safe mode yet(or anything)she waiting for me to tell her which one to use and when to install the floppy
