Task Manager?

Anyone know if you can get the Windows task manager to come up other than using the three finger salute(alt-ctrl-delete?) My sister has the Sasser worm and she can't get the task manager to come up......any ideas?

she's done that(disconnected) now as far as(run cmd)and entering all those prompts, it is asking for more prompts

Carol...can you tell what is asking for more prompts...whether it's Stinger or Windows and what is the prompt asking for...

...I was thinking the same thing.

I think so and he gave her the floppy with Stinger on it.
